American Fence is still working on the bid for the north gate.  It ended up being a little more involved than originally thought.  The gate will remain open until repairs are completed.  Hopefully repairs will begin in the near future, depending on availability of parts.

Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

A gate repairman came on Wed. and checked out the malfunctioning north gate.  He said the gate had been hit by a car, bending the gate and causing the malfunction.  We have contacted American Fence to come look at the gate about repairs.  The gate may need to be removed and straightened.  It is being left open at the present time to prevent further damage.

For those of you who use the pool, you may have noticed that the water appears green.  We have been battling an algae problem.  Many pools in the metro area have been having this problem.  The frequent rains we’ve been having is the greatest contributor to this problem.  We are trying different remedies to try and clear up this problem.   Please be patient with this issue as we try to resolve it.
