Finally spring is here and landscaping will soon be underway!  Mulch beds will soon be refreshed, adding new mulch where needed.  Dead scrubbery will be removed; some bushes look dead, but will be given more time to spring into life.  Some bushes may need some pruning and cleaning up.  Flowers are being planted in the pots around the pool and clubhouse. 

The pool is being prepped for opening.  Water is being added at this time.

The parking lot was painted and striped about 2 weeks ago.  It turned out very nice.
