Installation of the new gate is still in progress.  The workers accidentally hit the sprinkler system causing a disruption in landscape watering.  Landscape replacement is being looked into at this time.    The timeline for fully operational gates is approximately 3 to 4 weeks.  Remotes for the gates will be passed out in approximately 2 to 3 weeks.   One remote will be assigned to each unit.  Additional remotes can be purchased for $35.00  Each unit will also be assigned a code to be used with the key pad at the gate entrance.   Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
