An HOA meeting is scheduled for Sunday, November 15, 2009 at 3:00PM.  Refreshments will be provided.  Bring questions and concerns to the meeting.

The Executive Board of Directors increased the HOA dues effective December 1, 2009.  The dues are raising from 10 1/2 cents per square foot to 15 cents per square foot.  Letters have been mailed out about these topics.

Hard to believe that October is half over!

A reminder to all pet owners,  when taking pets out, it’s your responsibility to pick up all waste from your pets.  Pet stations with disposal bags are located west of building 3, north of building 2, and south of building 1.

There is NO SMOKING allowed in the building hallways or lobbies.
