A Belle Meade garage sale is planned for anyone interested in participating on Sept. 3rd, 4th & 5th; Thurs., Fri. & Sat. from 8am until ?.  Notices are posted on the north and south entrances of every building.  You can… set up in your own garage or patio area, share your area with a neighbor, or put up your table in the circle by the clubhouse.  Everyone is on their own, arrangements have been made for:  the gates will remain open during shopping times.  Directional signs will be placed on Maple at 147th, Eagle Run at 144th and at both gates.  It will be advertised on Craig’s List & OWH.  If you have anything special you want to advertise or need additional information, you can contact Dee Kizlin at jrkdek@cox.net.

The pothole on the north driveway has been repaired and is still setting up at this posting.

You may have noticed a pothole on the north driveway.  It was shocking to see it there.  Just overnight it appeared.  We will be getting bids soon on repairing it.  We want the parking lot to be in good condition before winter comes.

With all the rain we’ve been able to turn the sprinklers off.

Information about when the pool will be closed for the season will be forthcoming, when the closing date is firmed up with Continental Pool & Spa, who will be doing the closing.

The landscaping of  the property is done.  It turned out very nice.

A reminder to all pet owners, to please pick up after your pet waste when taking them out.  ( To those who do not !)

Please be mindful of your garage doors.  Recently, a resident left their garage door open all day and someone walked in and helped themselves to a few of their belongings.
