Several garages and 2 condos had break-ins this last Friday 3/27/09 in Bldg. # 3.   It appears they gained access to the building by dismantling a barrel key lock to one of the garages.  So far they have not gained access to any door with a deadbolt lock.  They may have gained access to the property by walking onto the property. 

We are recommending that any door you may have that accesses the outside or the hallway have a deadbolt lock on it.

Please be aware of who is walking around on the property and report any suspectious activity to the police. Please call 911.

Now that spring is around the corner and the accompanying stormy weather,  please take note of the location of the storm shelter.  The storm shelter is located on the north side of the complex.  It is north of building # 1 where the detached garages are located.  It is marked “Storm Shelter”.  Please use it when the weather warrants taking shelter.

You may have noticed that the south gate entrance side is open.  The drive shaft on the control arm somehow got sheered off.  Parts were ordered and it will be repaired when the parts get in.  Not sure how long it will take for parts to get here.   The exit gate on the south gate has been repaired.  It took approximately 2 weeks for those parts to come in.

Update on the gates.  The south exit gate has been malfunctioning.  A part has been back ordered for repairs,  it will be fixed as soon as the part gets in.  The property seems to be alittle quieter since the gates have been closed 24 hours a day.  Should you encounter any suspicious activity, please call the police and report it.  If you have any concerns about the property please call the office at # 934-8340.  Let us know what is going on in and around the property.
