Belle Meade Management

Unfortunately, we here at Belle Meade have experienced a rash of break ins.  The latest occurred late Monday night.  They broke into several garages in Bldg # 2 and Bldg # 1,  also attempted to break into 2 different condos.  We still do not know how they are gaining access to the buildings.  We are asking everyone to be aware of what is going on around the condo complex.  We are also asking everyone to keep their garage doors shut and locked at all times. 

We will be keeping the security gates shut at all times, to limit the access to the property to would be thieves.

Belle Meade Management

On Saturday, February 7th a condo in Building # 3 got broke into.  The thieves entered the unit from the inside hall and picked the lock.  They also entered a garage.  This is the second break in Building # 3 has had in less than a month.  We’re asking all residents to be vigilent to suspicious activity and people on the premises.  Please report all suspicious activities to the office.  It is yet to be determined as to how they are entering the building.  Please be aware as to who you are allowing access to the interior of the buildings.

Surveillance cameras have been installed on the north and south gates into the property.  There are also cameras in the clubhouse, fitness center and pool area.  This will give us better securtity, and better awareness of what’s going on in and around the property.

Please pick up after pets when taking them out doors to do their little jobs.  Dog waste disposal stations are located just north of the clubhouse, north of the middle building, and west of building # 3.
