A big THANK YOU to Kyle Contini for fixing the stereo and DVD equipment in the Clubhouse!  Kyle’s generousity and great desire to help out is greatly appreciated.  Thank you again Kyle!!

On January 13, 2009 between 3 PM and 5:30 PM  two garages in Building # 3 on the south end got broke into.  The thieves gained access to the inside of the building and broke into the attached garages from the inside hallway.  Please take notice of activities going on around and in the buildings.  Please do not buzz any unknown people into the buildings.  We do not know how they gained access to the inside of the buildings.  The video cameras to the gates are operational and we will be reviewing them to see who had access on the grounds.   If you have any information please contact the office at 934-8340.

Belle Meade Management 

Happy New Year, hopefully the year has started out well for everyone.

It has been brought to the managements attention that garbage has not been getting put in the dumpsters as intended.  Leaving garbage behind garages and on patios waiting for a better time to take it to the dumpster will not be tolerated.  Garbage left on the ground attracts pest and rodents.  The residents at Belle Meade want a desirable and clean place to live.  If you see such behavior please report it to management.  It would also be wonderful if you see garbage on the ground you would be kind enough to pick it up and throw it in the dumpster.   Together we can make our grounds beautiful.

It has also been brought to our attention that dog droppings have been getting left on the ground.  There are 3 Fido Baggie stations on the property.  One is south of building # 1, one north of building #2 and one is west of building #3.  Baggies are provided for the easy disposal of all dog waste.  Cold weather is no excuse for not attending to this.  If you note such activity, please notify management.
