Continental Fire and Sprinkler Company will be conducting the annual inspection on the fire sprinkler system on Thursday, October 2, 2008 at 9:00 AM. The test will last for apprx. 3 hrs. During this time you may hear the fire alarm while the system is being tested.

The pool heater is fixed!!  The water temperature this morning is 82 degrees.  The plan is to close the pool the end of September.  Enjoy!!!!

Dead bushes on the north side of property will be dug up and replaced in the near future.  This is the time of year such work is done.  Steve is looking for bushes on sale to save the Association money.

The gate work is coming to a close.  We will be passing  out the remotes soon with directions on gate operation.  As stated in the last post, the tech doing the work has a serious cancer and has been very sick.  He’s working very hard to get this work finished up.  We hope to have the work done and be operational within the next 2 weeks.  Thank you for your cooperation in this manner.

The landscape department has been working on trimming up trees and bushes.

The plan is to keep the pool open till the end of September, weather permitting.  The pool heater is malfunctioning, so steps are being taken to repair it.

Gate status - the tech. doing the finish up work on the gates has developed cancer and has been going through chemo and surgery.  We are uncertain of a finish date at this time.
