Thank you to all residents for your patience and cooperation with the clean-up and repairs from the recent storms.

We’re sorry for the recent pool closing.  It is from a  chemical imbalanced caused by the malfunction of the chlorinator.  The  city inspector closed the pool with instructions to partially drain the pool and refill.  The chlorinator has been repaired.  The pool should be reopened today.  Sorry for the inconvenience!

We’re looking for volunteers to do garbage pickup around the condo property.  Volunteers can call the office at 934-8340.
