During last night’s storm, lighting caused an electrical short in the fire alarm board triggering a false fire alarm. Although a major inconvenience, everyone responded effectively and cooperatively. We will have to replace the damaged circuit board. We are truly sorry for the disruption of your evening, however, your safety is paramount.

Steve,

We appreciate how clean and well lit the storm shelter was during  storm last night. There were several people and pets dwelling together safely. We know you make this possible by regular and on going maintenence.          Kudo’s Association Members

It is imperative that all residents and guests comply with pool rules. They are merely meant to help keep you safe, and not to annoy you. Please do not bring glass to the pool area under any circumstances as we have already experienced cuts this summer season.

In the aftermath of last night’s thunder storms, I would like to remind everyone to use our storm shelter. It is a fortified structure designed to withstand  violent winds. In addition, I would like to thank everyone who took it upon themselves to check on their neighbors who were unaccounted for. This is the type of community that we can all be proud to be a part of. Absolutely no one was forgotten  about. We have awsome neighbors!
