We appreciate everyone who participated in and/or supported the yard sale last week. The majority of feedback was relative to how nice it was to meet neighbors. If anyone would like to organize another one, contact Steve.

The Association of Homeowners, and the Board of Directors of Belle Meade would like to take this opproutnity to welcome Ms. Alyce Bruzek (bldg 1) as the newest member of the board.  Alyce brings with her, several years of experience in property management; great communication skills, as well as a genuine concern for the best interest of our residents. Congratulations Alyce. We are happy to have you on board!

At the last Board of Director’s meeting many item’s were discussed including budget items. The Board of Director’s approved a HOA dues increase from ten cents a square foot to ten and a half cents a square foot. This increase will help fund a reserve account in the event of  a major expense. The increase will start July 1, 2008.
