Recently, several appeals were made regarding picking up after pets. I am exicited to report to you all that great improvement in this area has occured. This is a positive step that sets Belle Meade apart from other living communities. Keep up the good work, as we prepare ourselves for a beautiful spring and summer season.

This memo is to ascertain if any of you would be interested in having a community vegatable garden this spring/summer. It would be located directly behind the new garage units on the south end of the complex. We would, (with the help of a resident expert), grow our own tomatoes, onions, peppers, as well as green veggies. If you are interested in, or, have opposition to this venture, call the office and let us know.

The amount of individuals “not” picking up behind their dogs has grown considerably, hence; special provisions are being  made for excrement removal. As the weather heats up, the smell will become quite offensive…  Please do the right thing as it relates to being responsible pet owners.

The Association wishes to thank Belle Meade for purchasing and installing the two new Lazar Printers for our use in the clubhouse. It makes conducting personal business more effecient and convenient. Also, we’re pleased that you fixed the glitche in the computer next to the south wall.  You guy’s are simply the best.
