4-2: Pool painted.

4-3: Caulking finished around the entire perimeter of the pool. 4-9: Contractor here starting repair work of south gate keypad.

4-10: Workers spread a truck load of mulch around the clubhouse area

4-16: Due to storm from the weekend, fire panels in buildings #1 and #2 were beeping. The elevator in building 3 was also out of order. The south door in building #2 was not working. Fireguard came out and replaced parts in buildings #1 and 2. O’Keefe also came out to do maintenance and look at the elevator. They determined it could be reset after Fireguard finished. It still did not work. The maintenance company for the workout room came out and fixed the exercise bike.

4-17: Elevator was still not working. Fireguard and O’Keefe both came out to determine whose issue it was. O’Keefe replaced a panel that may have been blown out by lightning.

4-23: Contractor here to caulk leaky windows in Bldg # 1 & 2.

4-25: Trouble on the fire panel in building #3. Fireguard came out and found that it was some wiring in the first floor smoke detectors.

4-25-27: Landscape Co. here to put down new mulch in landscaping. Bricklaying contractor here to rebuild south gate keypad pillar.

4-30: Gate Co. here to get south gate up and running.

Anyone interested in gardening in the Belle Meade garden plot, please contact the office for information.

3-1: Roofers here to repair shingle damage from high winds on clubhouse.

3-5: Received bid for south gate repair, forwarded to contractor for repairs.

3-13: The storm shelter was power washed and a light bulb changed in the clubhouse. The inside walls of the buildings were painted.

3-16: Fire door Bldg # 3 repaired, light bulbs changed, ice buckets picked up from entry ways.

3-19: Received bid for pool painting as requested by state. Will call to schedule paint job.

3-21: A no parking sign was put up between garages on north side of building #1, snow fences were taken down, rubbish cleaned out between storm shelter and garages, a shingle was replaced on building #3 and light bulbs in clubhouse were changed out. Fireguard came out to look at 2 leaking sprinkler heads.

3-26: Weeds on property sprayed. Fireguard here to get fire sprinkler blueprints for review of repairs. Pool drained to prep for painting.

3-30: Pool sandblasted and caulked in prep for painting.

3-31: Fire Department responded to Bldg # 3. A condo had a sink overflow that ran down to a fire alarm, setting off the system in the whole building.

2:1: Weight equipment repair.

2:4: Heavy snow fall. Snow removal services on 2-4 & 5.

2:8: Contractor here to change out 5 light bulbs from the chandeliers in all buildings.

2:8: JTS came out and installed the final part to fix the ringing up problem from the keypad to certain units. To return to finish work.

2-9: Repaired south gate. Exit gate malfunctioning.

2-13: Snowfall requiring attention by snow removal company. JTS here to replace mother board for keypad entry system.

2-14: O’Keefe Elevator here to do general maintenance.

2-14: Contractor came to paint some leak spots on a ceiling.

2-22: South gate keypad column hit by contractor and heavily damaged. Both gates open until repairs will be done.

2-23: Outdoor security light repaired.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

For those residents new to Belle Meade, we have a recycling bin north of Bldg #2. Items that can be recycled are paper, cardboard, tin, aluminum & plastic. Items that CANNOT be recycled are glass, styrofoam and used food containers such as pizza boxes.

HOA dues, due on the 1st, late on the 6th with a $20 late fee.

We had a complaint of someone having their garage blocked by someone parking in their driveway. When and if you have visitors, please make sure they are legally parked here at Belle Meade. An attached garage in Bldg # 1 south end is available for sale. Please call the office if interested.

1-3: Lights installed for dog station areas.

1-9: Elevator inspection performed by the State.

1-10: Light snowfall. Salt & sand applied.

1-16: Light cover replace in Bldg # 3. North gate chain greased.

1-23: Light snowfall. Salt applied with entries shoveled.

1-31: Building #1 was having a problem ringing up to the unit from the keypad in some of the units. Charlie from JTS came to fix the problem. He had to order a part and will be back next week to complete it.

12-15: South O Lawns here to repair siding on Bldg # 1 and metal wrap on Bldg # 2.

12-16: DL&A Co. here to do maintenance work on exercise equipment in fitness room. Missing part ordered for one of the machines.

12-19: Accurate Locksmith came out and repaired north inner door to building #1. The handle was broken. It was missing a retainer clip and a spring. Handyman Don changed out the exterior light bulbs on the maintenance garage and the external building light on the NW side of building #1.

12-22: Bldg # 3 resident reported dog waste on the stairwell. Please pick up after your animals.

12-23: Fireguard called out to repair malfunctioning smoke alarms in Bldg # 2. It was caused from air room fresheners set too high. Smoke and mist both can set off smoke alarms in units.

12-27 & 29: Electrician here to repair maintenance garage outdoor light.

12-29: South O Lawns here to replace burned out light bulbs throughout property.

12-30: JTS here to work on Bldg # 1 entry buzzer.
